Podcast Directories

I enjoyed browsing through two different podcast directories, www.podcast.com and www.podcastalley.com. These two sites are user friendly and offer countless podcast to search from. I searched for a variety of topics and found an abundance of information to research and explore. I attached several strength and speed podcast to my blog page. This was very easy to do and I will definately use this feature with future post's.
